Bela Savchuk is a Hungarian national from the west of Ukraine,
from the Zakarpatiya region, which is one of the poorest areas
in the country.
I met him in Kyiv, on the day of the memorial service for the Heavenly Hundred, the people who lost their lives on Maidan.
He had a lot to tell, but was not really focused. Nevertheless, it is an interesting portrait of a man who desperately wants, and needs changes in
a country still riddled with corruption.
