Georgiy Tuka is a well-known politician in Ukraine, he currently is the deputy minister for the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced in the government of prime-minister Volodymyr Groysman.

For a brief period Tuka was also governor of wartime Luhansk region.

Needless to say, the man has a lot to say about separatists, the territories, and the ongoing blockade on coal by Ukrainian activist, of which you can read more here.

It was a pleasure to talk with the Deputy Minister, whom I can only describe as level-headed, thoughtful and someone who knows what he is talking about.
